4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Class Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund
After 24 hours, refunds will only be provided if we can fill your place
No-shows will forfeit the full booking fee

Our Cancellations:

If we cancel a class, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates

4.3 Digital Products

All digital product sales are final
No refunds once accessed or downloaded
Products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Allergies and Dietary Requirements

You must inform us of allergies or medical conditions when booking
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment
Parents/guardians are responsible for suitability

5.2 Supervision and Behaviour

Children must be supervised at all times
We reserve the right to exclude disruptive or unsafe behaviour
No refund for exclusions due to behaviour

5.3 Insurance and Liability

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance
Attendance is at your own risk
We are not liable unless caused by our negligence

6. Intellectual Property

All content including recipes, guides and images is our intellectual property
No commercial use without written permission
Recipes may be used for personal, non-commercial use

7. Website Use

No unlawful use
No attempt to compromise website security
No harmful or offensive content

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect personal information.

9. Gift Vouchers

Valid for 12 months
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
Non-refundable

10. Age Restrictions

Regular classes: 2½ – 8 years
Holiday workshops: all ages
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Minimum and maximum numbers may apply

11. Communication

We may contact you via email, phone, text message, website updates or social media. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies or labour disputes.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without notice and to modify or discontinue services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mini Food Explorers.
