Simple Pitta Bread

Ingredients
125g self-raising flour
125g Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free Greek style yoghurt)
½ tsp baking powder
Method
Weigh all ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a spoon to form a dough.
The dough will be sticky. Generously flour the work surface and turn the dough out.
Divide into 8 small pieces and roll into balls.
Using a well-floured rolling pin, roll each ball into an oval shape.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook a few pittas at a time for approx 2 minutes each side.
If the pan begins to smoke, reduce the heat.Serve warm with hummus or your favourite fillings.
